Cooking With Jacques Collaboration

Our workshops are designed to help optimise participants nutrition through a fun and engaging cooking experience. With focus on how to improve health and wellbeing with diet and lifestyle guidance. Participants use tailored easy to follow recipes created by Jacques.

Each hands-on workshop provides a fantastic learning environment with plenty of time for questions and discussion. We begin each workshop with a nutritional talk and concludes by dining together enjoying the delicious food we have cooked.
