Class theme: Pulses and Grains
Each class will have a clear focus upon creating meals that incorporate many of the health and wellbeing principles that I have studied and practiced. We are sure that each hands-on cooking class, with specifically prepared recipes and in-depth advice, are a great way to learn. There will be plenty of time for questions on cooking and nutrition and, with each class concluding with us dining together, there will be further opportunities to learn from each other.
What will you cook? Our first four themed classes will be Pulses & Grains, Cooking with Fish, Baking and Vegetarian Cooking.
