Nutrition and Cooking with Teresa and Jacques

Short informal nutrition talk discussing the importance of blood sugar management when considering health and wellbeing whilst enjoying green tea and healthy treats. This will be followed by hands-on cooking of a starter and main meal that is supportive of blood sugar management.

We will then end the workshop with the luxury of sitting, chatting and enjoying the superb meal you have cooked alongside your fellow cooks. All in an intimate informal airy setting. Six places available.
